We print exactly what you provide. Errors in customer-supplied files (spelling, colors, resolution) are not eligible for free reprints, though we'll do our best to catch issues before going to press.
Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns on correctly produced orders. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
