All custom orders require customer approval of a digital proof before production begins. Once approved, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork submitted, including spelling, colors, and image resolution. We print what you approve.
Production timelines begin after proof approval. Rush timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
We will reprint orders with verified production defects at no charge. See our Returns & Reprints policy for details.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to reproduce the materials provided. Divine Printing is not responsible for copyright claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.
